Fitness Customer Service Representative

Job Title
We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Fitness Customer Service Representative. In this exciting role, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, providing exceptional service through various communication channels.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
- Assist clients with inquiries related to fitness equipment, including product information, order tracking, and returns.
- Educate clients about the best practices for using fitness equipment and offer tailored recommendations based on their needs.
- Handle client complaints and feedback professionally, ensuring effective resolutions.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the department's products, features, and promotions to assist clients effectively.
- Document all client interactions and maintain accurate records for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance client satisfaction.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the retail, fitness, or health sectors.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Interest or knowledge in fitness and sports equipment is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
