Customer Service Representative for Fitness Department

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to invite Spanish speakers to join our team as Customer Service Representatives for the Fitness & Sports Equipment Department.
If you're passionate about sports and fitness and have a knack for helping others, this role is perfect for you. You will assist Spanish-speaking customers with their inquiries regarding our fitness and sports equipment, ensuring they find the right products for their needs.
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual who can provide exceptional service to our clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Your Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Assist customers with inquiries about fitness and sports equipment.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Document customer interactions accurately to enhance the overall service quality.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and improve customer experience.
- Engage in ongoing training to be well-versed in product information and customer service best practices.
Requirements:
- Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Passion for fitness and sports equipment.
- Previous experience in customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
