Fitness Customer Service Representative

Are you passionate about fitness and eager to provide exceptional customer service? We have an exciting opportunity for an Italian-speaking representative in the Fitness & Sports Equipment Department. In this role, you will engage with fitness enthusiasts and sports professionals, assisting them with inquiries related to a wide range of products. Your primary responsibility will be to provide top-notch support and information to our Italian-speaking customers, ensuring they receive an outstanding experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service in Italian, addressing inquiries effectively.
- Assist customers with product selection, technical issues, and order-related questions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and document issues for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex inquiries and ensure timely follow-up.
- Stay informed about the latest fitness trends and product offerings.
- Engage proactively with customers to foster relationships and encourage repeat business.
- Participate in ongoing training to improve customer service skills and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Fluency in Italian and strong English communication skills are required.
- Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the fitness or retail industry, is beneficial.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with customers professionally.
- Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate customer records.
