This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about fitness and eager to help customers achieve their fitness goals through exceptional service.
You will deliver high-quality customer service, responding to inquiries about fitness and sports equipment and related services.
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Spanish, responding to inquiries about fitness and sports equipment and related services.
- Assist customers with product selection, orders, returns, and warranty claims in a timely manner.
- Document all interactions and maintain accurate records of customer inquiries and resolutions.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and qualifications:
- Fluency in Spanish and strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in retail or sports equipment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with customers.
