Fitness and Sports Customer Service Representative

- Providing top-notch customer service to Spanish-speaking clients.
- Assisting customers with inquiries about fitness and sports equipment, orders, returns, and product recommendations.
- Resolving customer complaints and issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintaining comprehensive records of customer interactions.
- Collaborating with sales and technical teams to enhance service delivery.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- Prior experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
