Fitness and Sports Customer Service Expert

Patrique Mercier Recruitment PT is thrilled to present an excellent opportunity for a skilled customer service professional to join our Fitness & Sports Department. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers interested in fitness and sports products, delivering high-quality service and support.
Your expertise will help customers find the right equipment for their fitness goals, while ensuring a positive and engaging experience. If you are passionate about health and fitness and have strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment products.
- Assist customers in selecting the right products and answering any questions regarding functionality, features, and pricing.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with the sales and product teams to ensure accurate product information and availability.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness trends, product offerings, and promotions to provide informed recommendations.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and overall customer service skills.
We are looking for individuals who possess:
- Fluency in German and strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, especially in the fitness, sports, or retail industries.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for maintaining accurate records.
- A passion for fitness and sports, with a desire to help customers achieve their goals.
