Fitness and Sports Customer Support Specialist

Promote a healthy lifestyle and support others in achieving their fitness goals by joining our dynamic customer service team. As a key member of our Fitness & Sports Equipment Department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to Dutch-speaking customers. Your primary goal will be to assist clients with inquiries, provide product information, and ensure an outstanding overall experience.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding fitness and sports equipment inquiries.
- Assist customers with product selection, order processing, and post-purchase support.
- Handle customer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Document customer interactions and feedback to help improve service quality.
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet departmental objectives.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is mandatory. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated.
- A strong interest in fitness and sports is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving abilities and a positive, customer-oriented approach.
- A willingness to collaborate and thrive in a team environment.
