Patrique Mercier Recruitment ES is excited to announce a fantastic opportunity for Nordic-speaking individuals to join the Fitness & Sports Equipment Department as Customer Service Representatives If you are passionate about fitness and sports, and have a talent for providing exceptional customer support, this is the role for you. In this position, you will assist customers from various Nordic countries, ensuring they receive the best advice and assistance regarding our top-quality fitness and sports equipment. Your Responsibilities- Provide prompt and courteous customer service to clients from Nordic countries via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about fitness and sports equipment, offering knowledgeable guidance.
- Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document customer interactions accurately for quality control and service improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals.
- Participate in training to stay up-to-date on product features and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Finnish, or Icelandic) is essential. Please ensure to clearly state your nationality and native language in your C.V. and/or Cover Letter.
- A strong passion for fitness, sports, and customer service.
- Previous experience in customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a proactive and engaging environment.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote setting
