Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to German-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment, including product information and order support.
- Troubleshoot issues and resolve complaints efficiently while maintaining a positive customer experience.
- Document interactions in the company's CRM system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall service quality.
- Stay informed on product features, promotions, and new arrivals to better assist customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a retail or fitness-related environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong interest in fitness and sports, along with product knowledge.
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Familiarity with customer service software and tools.
