Fitness and Sports Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Flemish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment, including product selection, usage, and maintenance.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and requests efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records within the company's system.
- Collaborate with other departments to address technical questions and resolve issues related to product performance.
- Stay updated on the latest fitness and sports trends as well as product offerings to effectively assist customers.
- Promote a positive brand image and engage customers with a knowledgeable and friendly approach.
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the fitness or sports equipment sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective solutions.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- A genuine interest in fitness and sports, with a passion for helping customers achieve their goals.
