Dutch Language Customer Support Specialist

At present, we are seeking highly skilled Dutch language customer support specialists to join our team in Greece. The selected candidates will be working in the tourism sector for a renowned brand.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who wish to move abroad and gain valuable experience in customer service.
- Answer consumer inquiries via free phone lines and record relevant information on our database.
- Maintain accurate records of consumer inquiries and feedback on the customer services database.
- Resolve client complaints in accordance with the company's escalation policy.
- Address all support calls and emails within agreed timeframes and log them appropriately.
- Troubleshoot issues using open questions, support documents, and system training.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch.
- Good English language skills (C1 level).
- Fast writing speed (20 words per minute).
- Active listening skills.
- Effective problem-solving abilities.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
