Dutch Speaking Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Dutch-speaking individual who is dedicated to turning every online purchase into a satisfying customer journey. As a Customer Expert, you will be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing one of the world's leading online retailers.
The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal skills in both Dutch and English, with experience in retail or e-commerce being considered an asset. Solution-driven out-of-the-box thinking and an empathetic soul with excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively listen to what moves our customers and provide solutions via phone calls, emails, or chats.
- Handle inquiries about product orders, payments, and deliveries, as well as customer complaints.
- Turn every customer into a happy customer.
- Exchanging ideas and solutions with colleagues.
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal skills in both Dutch and English.
- Work experience in retail or familiarity with e-commerce (considered an asset).
- Solution driven out of the box thinking.
- An empathetic soul with the communication skills that match.
