Dutch Language Customer Service Professional

- Act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers
- Handle inquiries across various topics, including orders, payments, deliveries, and complaints
- Provide high-level customer care and go above and beyond to resolve issues
- Collaborate with a team and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment
To excel in this position, you will need:
- Native or near-native level in Dutch
- Strong English communication skills (B2 level)
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude
- Able to relocate to and work on-site in Athens, Greece
