Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues using your analytical skills and technical expertise.
  • Documentation: Document all support interactions accurately in our ticketing system.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other IT professionals to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Professional Development: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and product offerings to provide informed support.

Requirements

  • Language Skills: Fluency in a Nordic language (Swedish, Danish, Finnish, or Norwegian) and English is essential.
  • Technical Skills: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with familiarity with common operating systems, software applications, and IT troubleshooting techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
