Emergency Response Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment where you will be responsible for communicating with customers via phone calls or email. As a key member of our team, you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding and assisting customers who have been in an accident, keeping them updated throughout the whole claims process on a 24-hour shift schedule (including weekends), with a maximum of 40 hours per week.
- Gather all the required information and accident details from the customers.
- Track each case until the claim is settled.
- Ensure accurate, valid and complete information is provided by using the right methods and tools.
- Assist with potential customer complaints.
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Contribute to the team's efforts by accomplishing related goals as needed.
- Participate in the development of different projects within the organization.
- Mentor and assist with the training of more junior team members.
We are looking for candidates with strong communication and interpersonal skills, a Bachelor's degree, fluency in English, and a team player mentality. Creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are also essential qualities we seek in our ideal candidate. Tech-savviness is a plus, and previous experience is not necessary.
