Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality team. As a key member of our support team, you will be the primary point of contact for Spanish-speaking clients, providing exceptional customer service and technical support for our innovative VR and AR products.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first-class customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
  • Provide expert assistance with inquiries about VR and AR products, troubleshooting, and feature explanations.
  • Guide users through installation and setup processes for a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Analyze customer interactions and feedback to enhance service quality and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and share best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and timely information to clients.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a keen interest in technology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with a friendly demeanor.
  • Prior experience in customer support or technical support is advantageous but not required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively and provide clear, supportive solutions to customers.
  • Eagerness to learn about new and emerging VR and AR technologies.
