Czech Language Business Process Consultant

As a Czech Speaking Consultant for Business Software, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients leverage technology to enhance their business processes.
This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with Czech-speaking clients to provide them with tailored advice on business software and CRM systems that align with their operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:- Consult with Czech-speaking clients to understand their business software and CRM requirements.
- Offer customized recommendations and demonstrate how our solutions can enhance their productivity.
- Assist clients throughout the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Provide training and support to clients to maximize their use of the software.
- Collaborate with product teams to relay client feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in business technology.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Czech (spoken and written) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus. Please include your native language and nationality in your application.
- Experience in business software consulting, CRM solutions, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills focused on delivering client satisfaction.
- Excellent communication abilities to build rapport with clients.
