Customer Support Specialist for Spanish Language Skills

We are looking for a digital expert with superior Spanish language skills and customer service mindset to join our team in Athens, Greece.
As a Spanish Speaking Customer Expert, you will be responsible for consulting entrepreneurs and businesses to enhance their reputation and provide insights into how customers search for them.
The ideal candidate will have good communication skills in English, ability to use desktop computer systems, internet applications, and MS Office, familiarity with Google products, Chrome OS & Android Operating Systems, and a passion for online technology.
Responsibilities include becoming a digital expert after intense product training, investigating issues deeper before defining solutions, or escalating highly complex issues, and maybe required to promote related products to existing customers.
