Key Role: Customer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As the primary point of contact for customer requests, you will represent our company in a professional and courteous manner.

Job Overview:
  • Customer Communication:
  • Utilize phone calls, e-mails, and chats to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Respond to inquiries about our products and services.
  • Resolve issues as they arise, addressing customers' concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities:
  • Primary Point of Contact: Serve as the primary point of contact for customer requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers.
  • Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a genuine problem-solving mentality and a deep sense of ownership to resolve customer complaints efficiently.
  • Technical Skills: Utilize technical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer issues.
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish is required, with very good use of English language.
  • Work Experience: Previous work experience as a customer support or customer care representative is considered an asset.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess highly developed communication skills, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
