Highly Skilled Logistics Professional Wanted

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support representative to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and guidance to our customers in both logistics and shipping processes.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or shipping, is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat in a Nordic language.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to logistics and shipping processes.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Communicate shipping schedules, delivery times, and other logistics-related information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Work closely with the logistics team to ensure smooth operations and prompt service delivery.
Requirements:
- Fluency in a Nordic language (Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish) both spoken and written is required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or shipping, is preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering great service.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with customer service software is an advantage.
