About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Spanish-speaking customer support specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our food delivery service department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to food orders, delivery services, and troubleshoot any issues they may encounter.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service goals and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Engage in continuous training to keep updated on menu offerings and service enhancements.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated within your application.
- Strong enthusiasm for customer service, particularly in the food industry.
- Prior experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
