Spanish Speaking Customer Service Ambassador for Food Delivery

We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role involves providing excellent customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional customer support by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.
- Assist customers with order placements, delivery status, and menu options in a helpful and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and prompt resolution of customer inquiries.
- Stay updated on industry trends to provide knowledgeable support and recommendations.
- Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Experience in customer support, preferably within the food delivery or restaurant industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
