Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative

At our company, we are seeking a highly skilled Spanish Speaking Customer Support Representative to join our Home Appliances Department. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and enjoy assisting Spanish-speaking customers with their home appliance needs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding home appliance products through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about product specifications, orders, and warranty details.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and provide solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to provide comprehensive support and enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about new products and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance to clients.
- Collect customer feedback to contribute to service improvement initiatives.
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the home appliances or retail sector.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on understanding customer needs.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with customer support software and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and public holidays as necessary.
