We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. This exciting opportunity will allow you to utilize your exceptional communication skills and passion for customer service in a fast-paced electronic brand environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Evaluate client inquiries and resolve issues related to electronic products with precision and professionalism.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the brand's products and services.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for ongoing support.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up-to-date with product offerings and service techniques.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service.
- Prior experience in a customer service role, preferably in the electronics sector, is advantageous.
- Able to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-oriented with a collaborative approach.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece.
