- Assist clients with product inquiries, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Document interactions accurately in our CRM system to maintain service standards.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen knowledge of luxury products and customer service excellence.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken).
- A strong enthusiasm for luxury brands and high-end customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in retail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a polished and professional demeanor.
