Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Support Representative to provide exceptional service to our Spanish-speaking clients in the Luxury & High-End Brand Retail Department.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about luxury retail and have a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding luxury products via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about product details, availability, and order placements.
- Handle customer complaints and returns with empathy and professionalism to ensure satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately and provide timely follow-up on all inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to convey customer feedback and enhance service quality.
- Stay informed about Luxury & High-End brands and product trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Gather customer insights to support continuous improvement in service practices and offerings.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating a client-focused approach.
- Strong understanding of luxury products and the significance of brand reputation.
- Proficient in customer support software and standard office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining strong attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays as necessary.
