Danish Speaking Customer Support Representative for Luxury Jewelry Brand

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer support representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. As a Danish-speaking customer support representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our luxury jewelry brand's clients.

You will assist Danish-speaking clients with their inquiries regarding our luxurious jewelry collections, ensuring they receive a premium service experience that reflects the brand's values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Support: Provide timely and professional assistance to Danish-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
  • Assist with Product Inquiries: Answer questions about product specifications, orders, and warranty information.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Effectively resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Document Client Interactions: Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
  • Provide Feedback and Suggestions: Offer insights to improve service processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay Updated on Product Knowledge: Remain informed about product knowledge, promotions, and trends to offer expert assistance.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work effectively with team members to maintain high standards of service.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Danish and English: Possess strong language skills in both Danish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Passion for Luxury Products: Demonstrate a genuine passion for luxury products, particularly jewelry.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in customer support or luxury retail is preferred.
  • Patience and Professionalism: Be able to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Teamwork and Detail-Oriented: Be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to Relocate: Willingness to be based in Athens, Greece.
