We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in the Luxury & High-End Brand Retail Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for luxury retail and be committed to providing an exceptional customer experience.
Job Description:- Provide outstanding customer support to clients regarding luxury products and services through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to product details, order status, returns, and brand policies.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on pending requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment and enhance service delivery.
- Stay informed about luxury products, trends, and brand promotions to provide knowledgeable assistance.
- Fluency in Flemish and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service or retail, preferably in the luxury sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on exceeding customer expectations.
- Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and standard office applications.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer care.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
