We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team in the luxury retail department. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to clients through various channels.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality customer support and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product details, availability, and order processes while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues while upholding the highest standards of service.
- Document customer interactions accurately and ensure follow-up on outstanding inquiries.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service delivery and stay knowledgeable about luxury trends.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is essential, both written and spoken.
- Prior experience in customer service, particularly within the luxury retail sector, is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for luxury branding.
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
