We are seeking a skilled Slovak Speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our esteemed Luxury Brand Retail Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to Slovak-speaking clients, ensuring a personalized and top-quality shopping experience.
In this prestigious role, you will assist customers with inquiries regarding luxury products, providing expert guidance and support through various communication channels. Your Responsibilities
- Provide personalized customer support to Slovak-speaking clients, addressing their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect luxury product, offering expert recommendations and solutions that meet their needs and preferences.
- Document customer interactions accurately, utilizing our CRM system to track and analyze customer behavior and preferences.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, driving sales growth and brand loyalty through excellent service.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs, staying up-to-date on the latest luxury products, trends, and best practices in customer service.
Requirements
- Fluency in Slovak (written and spoken) is essential, with a strong command of grammar, vocabulary, and pronunciation.
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality customer service in a luxury retail environment, with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding customer expectations.
- Previous experience in customer support or luxury retail is an asset, but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
