We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced customer support representative to join our team in the luxury retail department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients while showcasing your expertise in luxury products.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver outstanding customer support to clients through various communication channels.
- Provide detailed information and assistance on luxury products, ensuring seamless shopping experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and orders.
- Collaborate with the retail team to uphold brand standards and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements:
- Native language proficiency and nationality clearly stated in CV and/or Cover Letter.
- EU passport or residency mandatory.
- Fluency in Hebrew (written and spoken) essential.
- Passion for luxury brands and high-end retail.
- Previous experience in customer support, particularly in luxury retail, preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on providing exceptional service.
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to excellence.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Desire to work in a luxurious environment that values top-notch customer care.
