Exciting Opportunity in Consumer Electronics Repair and Warranty Department.
We are seeking a highly skilled Dutch-speaking customer support representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Dutch, have a passion for technology and customer service, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients regarding repair and warranty issues via various communication channels.
- Assist customers with inquiries, ensuring clear, accurate, and timely information is provided.
- Document customer interactions and manage warranty claims in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical team to facilitate effective resolutions for customer issues.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay informed about product updates and industry trends.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- Strong interest in consumer electronics and technology.
- Previous experience in customer support, preferably in a technical environment, is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive team player with a positive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
