Dutch Speaking Support Expert.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying customer needs and delivering appropriate solutions, including sales. They will guide customers facing issues related to billing inquiries, handle transactions and provide resolution to inquiries in a timely manner. Additionally, they will assist customers to place an order and related issues, answer their inquiries and troubleshoot or escalate technical issues that they face and assist customers with account issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and deliver suitable solutions.
- Guide customers with billing inquiries and transactional issues.
- Assist customers with placing orders and resolving related issues.
- Answer customer inquiries and troubleshoot technical issues.
Requirements:
We are seeking individuals who possess excellent communication skills in Dutch, a good command of English and relevant sales experience. Technical research skills to troubleshoot customer problems and advanced internet research skills are also required. Additionally, we seek individuals with an empathetic soul, positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow within our organization.
