Dutch Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic Telecommunications Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our Dutch-speaking clients via various communication channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Assist customers with their telecommunications services, including billing, technical support, and account management.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services to offer accurate information and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, preferably within the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues effectively.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
