Dutch Speaking Logistics Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer service and support in the logistics and shipping domain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide top-notch support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding shipping schedules, tracking, and logistics solutions.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Document all customer interactions accurately within our CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Stay updated on industry developments to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Prior experience in customer support, ideally in logistics or shipping.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software.
- A proactive attitude and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
