Dutch Speaking Logistics Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Customer Support Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in Dutch (written and spoken), strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with shipping and logistics inquiries, ensuring their questions are addressed promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction and meet service goals.
- Stay up-to-date on company processes and logistics trends to provide knowledgeable support.
- Fluency in Dutch is essential.
- Strong commitment to customer service.
- Previous experience in customer support or logistics is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
