We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dutch-speaking customer service representative to join our logistics team. This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your language skills to deliver exceptional support to our clients.
Job DescriptionThis role is perfect for those passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences while contributing to the efficient processing of orders. As part of our team, you will assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries related to shipping and logistics, ensuring clarity and satisfaction throughout the process.
- Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch regarding logistics and shipping inquiries.
- Assist clients with tracking shipments, resolving issues, and understanding shipping procedures.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient processing of orders.
- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records to enhance service quality.
- Work collaboratively with team members to improve processes and customer experience in the logistics department.
To excel in this role, you will require:
- Fluency in Dutch (both spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong communication skills and excellent customer service orientation.
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in logistics or shipping, is preferred.
