At our organization, we are currently seeking a professional to fill the role of French Speaking Customer Support Representative for Consumer Electronics Repair and Warranty Department.
Job SummaryThis position is ideal for individuals who possess a strong passion for technology and customer service. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities- Provide top-notch customer support to French-speaking clients regarding electronics repair and warranty claims.
- Assist customers in understanding repair processes, warranty coverage, and related policies.
- Effectively address customer inquiries, technical issues, and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up on pending claims.
- Work closely with repair technicians and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Guide customers through troubleshooting steps to enhance their product experience.

To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer support, especially in the electronics or technology sector
