Technical Support Specialist for Search Engine
Patrique Mercier Recruitment Nordic is thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for a French Speaking Technical Support Specialist for a leading search engine, with relocation assistance to Athens, Greece.
Job Description:In this role, you will provide exceptional technical support to French-speaking users, helping them navigate and resolve issues related to the search engine's features and functionalities.
- Deliver high-quality technical support to French-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of technical issues effectively, ensuring a smooth user experience.
- Guide users in utilizing the features of the search engine effectively and addressing their inquiries.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions in the support database accurately.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Identify recurring issues and provide feedback to enhance the product and support processes.
We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications:
- Fluency in French (both spoken and written) is essential, along with good English skills.
- Previous experience in technical support or a related IT position is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, with relocation assistance provided.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Familiarity with customer support software or CRM tools is an advantage.
