Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a French Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and enhancing the travel experience for French-speaking passengers.
As a key member of our Public Transport Services Department, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive top-notch service and assistance with their queries.
- Provide outstanding customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels including phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to public transport routes, schedules, ticket purchasing, and travel information.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Document customer interactions accurately and update records within our systems.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in the public transport or service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively resolve issues and provide helpful solutions.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
