We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Transportation Services Representative to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in French. This role involves providing exceptional support to French-speaking customers through various communication channels, ensuring that they receive the highest level of service and assistance.
The Transportation Services Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to transportation services, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with team members to meet service level objectives and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer support through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with transportation-related inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate customer interaction records in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French is essential.
- Strong passion for customer service and the transportation industry.
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
