We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist. The ideal candidate will be fluent in French and have excellent communication skills.

Your Responsibilities- Provide top-notch support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to subscription plans, billing, and service usage.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve service objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date on industry best practices through continuous training and development.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and customer experience.
- Prior experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
