We are seeking a highly skilled French Language Customer Support Representative to join our team.
Job Description- We are currently looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills to provide high-quality support to French-speaking users of our online auction and bidding platform via phone, email, and chat.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting customers with account inquiries, bidding processes, product listings, and payment issues. They will also effectively resolve customer complaints and questions, ensuring a positive user experience.
- This role requires excellent communication and engagement skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Fluency in both written and spoken French and English.
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in e-commerce or online platform environments.
