We are seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team in Greece.
Job DescriptionThis is an excellent opportunity for a French speaker with fluency in English to work as a Customer Support Representative for a luxury travel club based in Greece. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for managing incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from customers. Your primary goal will be to identify and meet the needs of our customers to achieve high levels of satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Manage incoming calls, emails, and chat requests from customers.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet those needs.
- Build trust with customers through open and interactive communication.
- Provide accurate and complete information to customers.
- Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
- Native or near-native French language (C1-C2 level).
- Very good command of English language (B2 level).
- Good MS Office skills.
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
