Remote French Speaking Customer Support Specialist

This role offers a unique opportunity to join our team as a French speaking customer experience representative. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in French, with the ability to fluently interact with customers without strain for either party.
The job entails providing top-notch remote customer support, handling tickets, communicating with customers via email, and working towards reaching targets as set out by client statement of work as well as internal targets.
The successful candidate will have superior written and verbal communications skills in French, outstanding communication skills in English, and the ability to understand the main ideas of complex text on both concrete and abstract topics. They will also have experience working with direct consumers in B2C environments and be able to effectively deal with problems and solve them efficiently.
