- Provide top-notch support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, and account management.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices to enhance their experience.
As a member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for:
- Documenting all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Collaborating with other teams to escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Participating in ongoing training to stay updated on products and services.
- Gathering and analyzing customer feedback to contribute to service improvement.
To excel in this role, you must possess:
- Fluency in Italian and English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in IT support or customer service is preferred.
- Technical understanding of common software and systems.
- Capable of working independently while managing multiple tasks.
