Remote Support Specialist for Cloud Project Management

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to provide top customer experience for our cloud project management platform. This is an exciting opportunity to join our talented remote support team, working from the comfort of your own home.
The ideal candidate will have superior written and verbal communication skills in English, as well as the ability to understand complex text on concrete and abstract topics. Experience working with direct consumers in B2C environments, as well as high attention to detail and follow-through, are highly valued.
As a Remote Support Specialist, you will be responsible for handling tickets, communicating with customers via email, and tracking cases to ensure efficient and timely closure. You will also work towards reaching targets set by client statements of work and internal targets.
