The French Customer Service Representative Role

As a French language customer expert, you will play a vital role in connecting customers with top brands. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service via phone, chat, and email.
">- Communicate effectively with customers in French, providing timely and efficient resolutions to their inquiries.
- Track and follow cases to ensure they are closed in an efficient and timely manner.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by representing a major brand.
- Provide troubleshooting for mobile devices (mobile phones, tablets, etc.)
- Assist customers in managing/securing their account & passwords.
- Set up repairs for hardware-related issues.
- Eescalate unresolved cases by contacting 2nd level support interaction experts.
We are looking for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, fluency in French, and advanced English knowledge. Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology, is preferred. Prior customer support experience would be an advantage.
