We are seeking a detail-oriented and empathetic individual to join our team as a Healthcare Support Representative. This role will involve providing exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients through various communication channels.
In this vital position, you will assist customers with inquiries related to online pharmacy services and telemedicine, ensuring they receive the support needed for their healthcare needs. Your Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to online pharmacy services and telemedicine, providing accurate information and guidance.
- Document customer interactions accurately and promptly in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to improve your product knowledge and customer service skills.
- Fluency in French (written and spoken) is essential.
- A strong interest in customer service, particularly in the healthcare field.
- Previous experience in customer support is a plus but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
