We are currently seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Czech Speaking Customer Support Representative for our Online Pharmacy & Telemedicine Department.

Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to Czech-speaking clients regarding online pharmacy products and telemedicine services via phone, email, and chat. You will also assist customers with inquiries related to prescriptions, medical consultations, product availability, and service policies, effectively resolving customer complaints and issues while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations. Additionally, you will document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding inquiries or concerns.

  • Provide excellent customer support to Czech-speaking clients regarding online pharmacy products and telemedicine services via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to prescriptions, medical consultations, product availability, and service policies.
  • Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues while ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and follow up on outstanding inquiries or concerns.
  • Collaborate with pharmacists and telemedicine professionals to provide accurate and timely information to clients.
  • Educate customers about online services, safety protocols, and the usage of health products.
  • Gather and relay customer feedback to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken, as well as experience in customer service, ideally in the healthcare, pharmacy, or telemedicine fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer care, are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks. Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications is also beneficial.

  • Fluency in Czech and English, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the healthcare, pharmacy, or telemedicine fields.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with a strong focus on customer care.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
